    Sam's Club steps up omnichannel expansion: first store in Chongqing and second store in Hangzhou opens and Beicai store in Shanghai celebrates 10th anniversary

    Sam's Club, a high-end membership model global retailer, recently announced the opening of its first club in Chongqing and the second in Hangzhou (Jianggan Store). Currently, it is operating 31 stores across China, covering 22 cities and serving more than 3 million member families. Meanwhile, Sam's Pudong Beicai Club in Shanghai just celebrated its 10th anniversary.

After a lot of research, Sam's Club set up quality standards that could be an industry benchmark. They use a precision instrument to ensure each Member's Mark jujube weighs no less than 15g with edible rate no less than 90%. This way, good balance could be achieved between size and moisture, and the result is great taste. The two simple-looking numbers speak to Sam's Club buyers' obsession with detail: one can only truly "make ordinary items extraordinary" when drive what others ignore to perfection.
